Location!

Location: My main images will be taken at Portishead Youth Centre. One of the photos will be taken in the dance room because of the different lights they have in there, this photo will be used as the photo from there 'video shoot'. There are other places around youth club that i might use for other photos but this is not for definite yet.

Models: My models for my girl group 'smooshe' will be my four friends Emma Thomas(Small, Short brown hair, would be seen as the tom boyish/sporty member), Georgia Hulls (Average height, long blonde/brown hair, would be seen as the girly girl of the group), Rosie Jones (Average height, long brown hair, would be seen as the comical/ prankster member) and Ellie Ford (Average height, short blonde hair, would be seen as the 'fashionita' of the group). I think they are suitable for my girl band because they all bring different aspects to the image that a girl band would have. I have used images of the girl group Little mix to help with ideas for what my models can wear and the different styles of clothing worn by pop artists. 

                                                                           

Page designs

I based my design on the magazine 'We love pop'.
My main colours will be White, Pink and blue because they are bright colours and they stand out.
The main image on my front cover will be of a girl band called 'smooshe' (This will consist of my 4 friends Emma Thomas,Rosie Jones, Georgia Hulls and Ellie Ford).
There will be other story headlines based around the front cover.

This is my contents page and it uses the colour theme of Pink and Blue from the front cover. This is because i've made it my house style. I've kept my contents page simple by putting my text on the left and images on the right, this is so the page does not look a mess. The 4 images on the right will be individual shots of my girl group. The advertisement at the bottom of the page will probably advertisement for make up/ beauty products.

I have a basic layout for my double page spread and it keeps the house style. The story on this page is based on a new music video from the girl group 'smooshe'. The first image will be of the girls on the set of there video and the second image will be them sat down like they have been chatting with an interviewer about the video. At the top of the second page there will be a quote from one of the members saying what they enjoyed about the shoot. The advertisements on this page will probably be for branded fashions.
